2. Orders, Acceptance, and Customer Verification
The order you place is considered an offer to purchase. The contract is not considered concluded until we confirm the order by phone, WhatsApp, or email. As part of the confirmation process, we reserve the right to verify the customer's identity and the accuracy of the order details, including contacting the provided phone number to confirm the order and address. We may request reasonable proof of identity or additional information before preparing or delivering the order, especially for high-value orders or cash on delivery. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that cannot be verified, or in the event of stock shortages, pricing errors, product description errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
3. Prices and Payment
الأسعار معروضة بالدولار الأمريكي (USD). يمكن سداد قيمة الطلب بالدولار الأمريكي أو بالعملة المحلية (الليرة السورية)؛ وعند الدفع بالعملة المحلية يُحتسب المبلغ وفق سعر الصرف المعتمد لدينا وقت التسليم. طرق الدفع المتاحة حالياً: الدفع عند الاستلام، والدفع عبر شام كاش (Sham Cash). عند الدفع عبر شام كاش، يُعدّ الطلب مؤكداً بعد استلامنا لقيمة الدفعة والتحقق منها. الأسعار قابلة للتغيير دون إشعار مسبق، ولا يؤثر ذلك على الطلبات المؤكدة مسبقاً.
4. Delivery and Pickup
We offer two options: delivery (the cost is calculated based on the distance from the store and the number of floors) or free pickup from the store. Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control. The customer is required to provide an accurate address and location and an active contact number. For orders outside our delivery range, the delivery cost may increase and will be determined and verified with the customer before the order is confirmed by the sales team. These orders are only accepted through payment via Sham Cash or any electronic payment method that may be adopted later, and cash on delivery is not available for them.
5. Inspection Upon Receipt
Please inspect the device visually upon receipt. By accepting the delivery, you acknowledge the product's safety from visible defects. Any visible damage or shortage must be reported immediately upon delivery.
6. Returns and Exchanges
In case of receiving a defective or non-compliant device, you have the right to request a replacement or repair within [3 days / specify the duration] from the date of receipt, provided that the device is in its original condition with its packaging and accessories. Return requests resulting from misuse, incorrect installation, or electrical damage are not accepted.
7. Warranty
Devices are subject to the manufacturer's warranty according to its terms. The warranty is void in cases of: installation by an unapproved technician, damage resulting from voltage fluctuations or surges, water ingress, impacts, or tampering with the device. We recommend using a suitable voltage regulator (stabilizer) to protect the devices.
8. Limitations of Liability
The store is not liable for any indirect damages, or for damages resulting from improper use, or for electrical conditions, or for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Our liability in all cases is limited to the value of the product paid.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the site, including logos, images, and texts, is owned by the store and may not be used without permission.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Syrian Arab Republic, and Syrian courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from them.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time, and the amendment will take effect immediately upon its publication on this page.

Welcome to GABRA Store. By usinggabraa.comand placing an order, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Orders, Acceptance, and Customer Verification
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only once we confirm your order by phone, WhatsApp, or email. As part of the confirmation process, we reserve the right to verify the customer's identity and the accuracy of the order details, including contacting the phone number provided to confirm the order and address. We may request reasonable proof of identity or additional information before processing or delivering an order, particularly for high-value or cash-on-delivery orders. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that cannot be verified, or in the event of stock unavailability, an error in price or product description, or suspected fraudulent activity.
3. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Payment may be made in either US Dollars or the local currency (Syrian Pounds); when paying in local currency, the amount is calculated at the exchange rate we apply at the time of delivery, or at the time of payment for pre-paid transactions. Currently available payment methods: Cash on Delivery and Sham Cash. For payments made via Sham Cash, the order is considered confirmed once we have received and verified the payment. Prices may change without prior notice; this does not affect orders already confirmed.

Such orders are accepted only via Sham Cash payment or any other online payment method adopted later, and are not eligible for Cash on Delivery.
5. Inspection on Delivery
Please inspect the appliance upon delivery. By accepting delivery, you confirm that the product is free of visible defects. Any visible damage or shortage must be reported immediately at the time of delivery.
6. Returns and Exchange
If an appliance arrives defective or not as described, you may request an exchange or repair within [3 days / specify] of receipt, provided the unit is in its original condition with packaging and accessories. Returns resulting from misuse, incorrect installation, or electrical damage are not accepted.
7. Warranty
Appliances are covered by the manufacturer's warranty under its terms. The warranty is void in cases of: installation by a non-authorized technician, damage from voltage fluctuation or power surges, water ingress, impact, or tampering. We strongly recommend using a suitable voltage stabilizer to protect appliances.
8. Limitation of Liability
The store is not liable for any indirect damages, damages from misuse, electrical supply conditions, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is in all cases limited to the value paid for the product.
9. Intellectual Property
All site content — logos, images, and text — belongs to the store and may not be used without permission.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Syrian Arab Republic, and the Syrian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
